What the app does

PerchWise lays out your subscriptions and free trials and warns you about a payment date, about a free trial ending and about the last day on which cancelling still counts. You stay in charge: PerchWise never cancels anything for you and makes no payments.

What the app does not promise

Reading a photo is useful but not infallible. A name can be missed, an amount can be read wrong and a service can change its price without telling anyone. So always check with the service itself what you pay. PerchWise is a tool, not bookkeeping, and not financial advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in details. Only scan photos that are yours; the app is not meant for reading someone else's data.

Paid tiers

Premium is a subscription that runs until you cancel it. Paying and cancelling go through the store you bought it in, the App Store or Google Play, not through us. If you do not cancel before the end of the period, the store renews it automatically. Current prices are in the app and can change; a change only applies from a new period and the store asks you to agree to it itself.

Refunds

Refunds run through Apple or Google, because that is where the purchase was made. We have no access to them.

Ending it

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app. We may close an account in case of abuse or use that harms the service.

Liability

We do our best to keep the app working, but we cannot guarantee it is always reachable and free of errors. We cannot compensate damage that follows from a missed notification or a misread amount. What we do compensate is limited to what you paid for PerchWise in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

If something material changes in these terms we update this page and the date at the top.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
